Rob has received 15 Stevie Awards for Sales and Service since 2007, in categories such as Sales Team of the Year, Sales Coaching Program of the Year, Sales Training Curriculum of the Year, Sales Process of the Year, Sales Director of the Year, and Sr. Sales Executive of the Year. He speaks in over 100 events each year. His 6-course training series, The Business Performance Series, was recognized as "Sales Training Curriculum of the Year" in 2012's Stevie Awards for Sales and Service, and has successfully been taught to over 900 businesses.

Gary Rhoads Gary Rhoads Co-Founder, COB

Gary Rhoads is currently the Stephen Mack Covey Professor of Marketing/Entrepreneurship at Brigham Young University. As an active researcher in entrepreneurial sales strategy, his work focuses on identifying sales tactics that lead to success. He presently works with companies on crafting sales and marketing strategies that accelerate company growth. He has published articles in the Journal of Marketing Research, Journal of Marketing, Journal of Market Research Society, Journal of Personal Selling and Sales Management, Journal of Retailing, Marketing Science Institute, and has published two books: Startup Marketing Essentials and Stop, Think and Lead. Dr. Rhoads specializes in Predictive Modeling for Drivers of Salesperson Success.

M. Brandon Riley M. Brandon Riley CFO

Brandon is a Certified Financial Planner® (CFP) practitioner, Chartered Retirement Planning Counselor (CRPC) and founding partner at Navigate Private Wealth. Specializing in Comprehensive Wealth Management, Retirement Income Distribution Strategies, Charitable Giving and Estate Planning for High Net Worth Individuals for 18 years, he also speaks on the various unique financial issues of Widows, Widowers, and Divorcees. Brandon also spends time in the Private Equity and Venture Capital arena. His experience encompasses Financial Analysis, Portfolio Management, Financial Projections, Financial Modeling and Securities. Brandon graduated with a degree in Finance from the University of Utah David Eccles School of Business and later served as Vice President of the University of Utah Young Alumni Board.

Steve Jensen Steve Jensen VP of Marketing

Steve is a marketer with deep experience in the B2B software industry, He directed marketing divisions at Henry Schein Practice Solutions (Dentrix), IntelliMail, Primary Intelligence, Companion and Franklin Estimating Systems. He specializes in Integrated Marketing Strategy, Competitive Analysis, Social Media Marketing, and Lead Generation. Steve has taught classes on marketing for University of Utah Continuing Education and AOCE. He has also published articles for the Society for Competitive Intelligence Professionals. He has a degree in English from the University of Utah.

Dave has developed domestic and international sales and go-to-market strategies for dozens of companies including Google, DropBox, Adroll, FitBit, Sony, Verizon, Cisco, HP, LG, Samsung, Microsoft, Intel and Canon. Areas of expertise include route to market planning, sales coverage modeling, sales force management, reseller channel development and retail/shopper marketing.

Jeff Dotson Jeff Dotson Chief Data Scientist

Jeff is an Associate Professor of Marketing at Brigham Young University where he teaches coursework in Pricing Strategies, Marketing Research, and Marketing Analytics. Prior to joining the faculty at BYU he worked as an Assistant Professor in the Owen Graduate School of Management at Vanderbilt University. He holds a PhD in Marketing from The Ohio State University and masters degrees in Business Administration (MBA) and Statistics (MS) from the University of Utah. His research focuses on the development and application of Bayesian statistical methods to a variety of marketing problems.
